These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flipp4th mobile application ("the Game") developed and published by the developer ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded the Game (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
The Game and all its content — including but not limited to levels, artwork, animations, sounds, text, and code — are owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
The Game allows you to create and share custom levels. You retain ownership of levels you create. By sharing a level through the Game's sharing features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that level within the Game and related services.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.
The Game offers opt-in rewarded ads provided by third-party ad networks. You are never forced to watch an ad — rewarded ads are clearly labelled and only shown when you choose to watch one in exchange for in-game hints. Ad content is not controlled by us. If you purchase ad removal, ads will no longer be displayed and the rewarded ad option will be hidden.

We strive to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Daily challenges and online features require an internet connection.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Game, regardless of the theory of liability.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use anonymous analytics data. By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The Game integrates with third-party services including ad networks and analytics providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game is revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
